1. Who we are

The learning platform (CLMS) is operated by International Maritime University (IMU). These terms govern your use of the platform, its courses of study, assessments and documents.

2. Your account

Give accurate data, including your names as written in your passport: certificates use them.
Keep your password and authenticator private. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
One person, one account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

3. Using the platform

You may use the materials for your own learning only. Do not copy assessments, share answers, or try to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Documents and results

Certificates and transcripts are issued according to the programme rules. IMU may revoke a document issued on the basis of false data or academic misconduct.

5. Changes

We publish every new version of these terms with its date. When a change needs your consent, the platform asks you to accept it.
