1. Who sells

Access to the programmes of the learning platform (CLMS) is sold by International Maritime University (IMU). By paying for an order you accept this offer.

2. What you buy

An order gives the buyer access to the chosen intake of a programme: its learning materials, assessments and, when the programme rules are met, its documents. The programme page describes the content, the dates and the entry rules of every intake.

3. Price and currency

The price of every intake is shown on the programme page in US dollars or euros before you pay. The amount of the order is fixed when you place it; the currency you choose is the currency you pay in.

4. Payment

You pay by card on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider. IMU never sees or stores your card details. An order you do not pay in time expires, and its places are released.

5. Access after payment

When the payment is confirmed, the platform opens your access to the intake and sends you a receipt. Access follows the dates and rules of the intake.
